Welcome to BudaFeast. These terms apply to use of budafeast.com.
About the website
BudaFeast is an independent Budapest restaurant information guide. It presents restaurant names, addresses, opening hours, descriptions, menus, prices and links for directions, contact and official websites. It is not a restaurant, restaurant reservation service or delivery provider. The restaurants provide their own services.
Accuracy and prices
We aim to provide useful information, but menus, prices, hours, availability, addresses and links may change without notice. Check important details with the restaurant before visiting or ordering. Prices are indicative and may differ from the restaurant's current menu. Shekel conversions are estimates, not the amount charged by the restaurant.
Kosher status and dietary information
Kosher and dietary information is based on available sources. Verify current certification, supervision, ingredients and suitability with the restaurant or supervising authority before visiting. A cuisine label does not establish kosher status or suitability for an allergy.
External services
External websites, maps, WhatsApp and other linked services have their own content, availability, accessibility, privacy policies and terms. They are not operated by BudaFeast.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not use the site unlawfully, disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful content, systematically copy content or infringe third-party rights. Site text, design and organization belong to BudaFeast or are used with permission, subject to third-party rights. Reproduction or republication requires permission except for personal use and uses permitted by law.
Sponsored content and external advertisers
The site displays labelled advertisements and sponsored links. Appearance on the site does not establish a personal or business relationship with the advertiser, nor is it a recommendation, verification or guarantee of quality, safety, availability, prices or suitability. Advertisers are responsible for their content, images, offers and services. You should assess an advertiser before contacting it, sharing information or buying its services. Agreements with advertisers are made directly with them; BudaFeast is not a party to those agreements. These provisions do not limit liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Buying advertising on BudaFeast
Packages last 7 or 30 days at the price shown in the form and payment screen. Advertisements rotate with other advertisements in active placements selected by site management. There is no guarantee of exclusivity, a particular position, impressions, clicks or leads. There is no automatic renewal.
Payment does not constitute publication approval. Every advertisement is reviewed by a person, normally within 24 hours. We may request corrections or decline unsuitable content. The advertising period starts when the approved advertisement goes live, not when payment is made. An approval email includes the advertisement and its start and end dates.
Advertisers must provide accurate information and hold the necessary rights to their text and images. Images may be cropped or resized to fit the format. Material changes to the message require agreement with the advertiser.
For a correction, cancellation or refund request, contact us on WhatsApp with the order number. If an advertisement is declined and no alternative is agreed, a documented refund will be arranged. These terms do not remove rights or obligations that cannot be waived under applicable law.
